What if the recipient isn't home?

If no one is home, we’ll leave the hamper in a safe place. For apartments or other locations without a suitable safe place, we’ll contact the recipient beforehand to arrange a delivery time or alternative delivery address.

Interstate deliveries

If no one is home, the carrier will leave the hamper in a safe place where possible. If it cannot be safely left-such as at some apartment buildings- it will be taken to the nearest post office or collection point.

Will an invoice or pricing be included?
No. Pricing and payment information are not included with the delivered hamper.
Can I send the hamper directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s details as the delivery address during checkout.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable?
We operate a strict stock management system, so this is unlikely. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss either a suitable replacement of higher value or a refund for that product.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We offer products for a range of dietary requirements. Review the product information or contact us before ordering if you need assistance.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once your hamper has been prepared or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
Does the recipient need to be over 18?
