What is the recipient is not home to receive the delivery?
When ordering your hamper, please consider sending to the most viable address. A work address is best; however, a home address is perfectly fine if the recipient is either home or there is somewhere safe where it can be left. If this is not possible, or the delivery address is an apartment, then we use Australia Post so a calling card can be left if the recipient is not home.
What if I provided an incorrect delivery address?
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us soon as possible. Once it is delivered and has been accepted by another party it is very difficult to retrieve it. If it is in transit we may be able to have it returned or redirected. Unfortunately this may incur additional freight costs.
How do I know if my hamper has been delivered?
If you have a query regarding a local Canberra hamper please contact us and we can provide details. All interstate hampers are provided with a tracking number so you can track the hamper online.
How long will it take for my hamper to arrive?
Please refer to our delivery section as it provides an estimate of delivery times.
Is there a discount on the delivery if we send multiple hampers to the one location?
Please contact us and we can provide you with a quote.
Do you provide a personalised gift card?
Yes, personalised cards are included in all of our hampers. There is a section in the checkout that allows you write your personalised message.
Can I select the products in my hamper?
Absolutely! Select the create your own hamper section and you can purchase individual products to create your own hamper.
Or, if you’ve found a pre-designed hamper that you’d like to customise, add the pre-designed hamper into your card and then add additional products from the create your own section and we’ll bundle them together for you.
